Prior to founding The IFC Group, David served as the Sr. Vice President of International Finance at ICT Group, a publicly traded global provider of business process outsourcing solutions.  In this position he led the Finance and Accounting function for ICT Group’s international operations with nearly 20,000 employees in 10 countries across Asia, Europe and Latin America.  Previously he served as the Asia-Pac CFO for CIENA Corporation based in Hong Kong.  David gained valuable Latin American experience with Sprint/Global One where he served as Regional Controller for the Americas Division, and earlier in his career he held key operational finance roles with NCR Corporation in the U.S., Spain and the Netherlands.

Leveraging his vast international corporate experience, David has advised over 100 venture backed and pulbicly traded companies on their international expansions since 2007.

Having lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America, David is fluent in English, Spanish and French with a working knowledge of Portuguese and Mandarin.  A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), he holds a Masters in International Business Studies (MIBS) from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Beloit College.  David currently resides in the New York Metropolitan Area.
